TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Your animal’s care and welfare is the main priority at 'Paws & All' and to ensure this, a thorough free initial consultation will take place at your home or at your horse’s yard. During this all owners must disclose any behaviour or health problems and also provide contact details for your usual vet.
  • You will also provide us with a contact emergency number and in the unlikely event of your animal being unwell; we will endeavour to contact you. However if we cannot, we reserve the right to make a necessary decision in the best interest of the animal, under advice from a vet. In the unlikely event of your animal requiring veterinary treatment, the owner must pay any fees or charges arising from this in full. If we should need to visit a vet, there will also be an additional fee payable of £12 per hour for the visit.
  • All medical history must be provided along with a yearly booster certificate for dogs to confirm that all routine vaccinations are up to date. Further, we will need evidence that your dog has been routinely wormed and protected against ticks and fleas.
  • Non-castrated male dogs over the age of 9 months or bitches in season cannot be taken on group walks.
  • Dogs identified under the Dangerous Dogs Act of 1991 cannot be accommodated by our services.

  • Pick–up and collection times are from Monday to Friday (8.30am -6.00pm). Weekends are available by separate negotiation.
  • To avoid additional costs for collecting keys, our view is that it is best to provide keys at the initial consultation visit. Your home security is our priority. Keys are stored safely in a locked safe and cannot be identified as the address will never be identified on the key itself. If a key is not provided, please arrange where the key should be collected otherwise an additional charge will be made if a separate journey proves necessary to either collect or return keys.
  • Payment may be made by cash or cheque, payable to Mrs S K Gardner. All invoices must be cleared within 14 days of receipt or an additional fee of 3% above the Bank of England base rate will be payable after 14 days.
  • A £10 cancellation fee will be payable for any cancellation of service if 24 hours notice is not provided.
